Certification Assessments

On successful completion of this class, you will receive a TBR In-Person Class Certificate of Completion.

Upon completion of the class and the assignments, you will receive an In-Person TBR Practitioner Class “Certificate of Completion” and will be invited to the TBR Class Group membership on Slack.

However, to receive a TBR Practitioner "Certificate of Completion", you must:

  • Be an active participant during the 2-day physical training course.
  • Be an active member of the TBR Class Group Slack community site for the duration of the class. You will be supporting and encouraging the other class members and deepening your understanding of brain-based instruction.

FAQs

If you’re a coach, trainer, teacher, speaker, presenter, or someone who needs to connect with an audience virtually- this course is for you. During the course learn the six principles of brain science, and apply the learnings next time you coach online.

Once you complete the tarining, you’ll recive valuable resources like 2 books. 1 workbook, a trainer’s toolkit, knowledge of the 6-brain-science principles, 4Cs Map, interactive learning aids, and various digital resources to organize your own engaging virtual class.

There aren’t such prerequisites for the TBR training. However, in order to join the training, you must have access to: - A computer, laptop, or desktop with an adequate Live-streaming camera and sound system. - A paperback or digital copy of the book “Training for the BACK of the Room” by Sharon Bowman. Agilemania will provide you with the book once you register. - A printed copy of the TBR’s participant workbook to write, draw, and flag pages on it. You’ll get access to the workbook as a PDF after registration. - Various analog materials such as sticky notes, markers, blank paper, pen, or pencil. - A basic knowledge of software platforms like- Zoom, Slack, Mural

No, attending the TBR training is the first crucial step to becoming a certified TBR-VE class.

Yes, you’ll receive the “Training from the BACK of the Room – Virtual Edition” attendance certificate after successfully completing the training.
