I recently completed the PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) training, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Throughout the training, I gained a deep understanding of the Scrum framework, product ownership principles, and practical techniques for maximizing the value of a product. Attended the Design Thinking workshop led by Ashwinee Kalkura, proved to be a profoundly enriching experience, illuminating the pathway to innovative problem-solving. It was truly enlightening. 👥 We learnt as we delved, In our collaborative culture, every idea is valued as we collectively navigate customer challenges. However, each idea carries its own weight in terms of resource implications. Consequently, selecting the most viable idea can be daunting. Yet, Ashwinee Kalkura emphasized the significance of focusing on one idea at a time while honoring each team member's input, an important value which we forget many a times. 🌐 This session underscored the value of authentic cross-functional collaboration in tackling complex challenges through Design Thinking. Technical team members, sales representatives, and various stakeholders all play a pivotal role, contributing their unique insights and expertise. 🌟 During the workshop, Ashwinee Kalkura skillfully guided us through the process of empathizing with and addressing customer issues, even amidst communication challenges. Design Thinking not only aids in pinpointing core problems but also fosters iterative brainstorming, prototyping, and solution selection through collaborative consensus. We learnt the hard way, one of the key principles of Design Thinking- Which is "embrace ambiguity". The essence of this is so true in Today's scenario.
