ICP-ACC, one of the two Continuous Learning Certifications (CLCs), focuses primarily on an Agile Coach's mindset, roles, and responsibilities. In this unique workshop, the candidates experience both the ‘doing’ and ‘being’ of agile coaching. This course focuses on real-world situations to help new and current coaches learn the skills and tools to handle challenges effectively.
