You’ll also learn how to refine prompts through feedback and avoid common risks like hallucinations, dependence on AI, and data leakage.

In this module of the prompt engineering AI course, you’ll learn how to use AI across the full project lifecycle, from creating project charters and stakeholder plans to backlog refinement, rolling wasprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. In this module, you’ll learn how to use AI responsibly within Agile teams. You’ll understand risks like over-automation, hallucinations, bias, privacy issues, and over-reliance. You’ll also learn how to build an AI working agreement that protects ethics, transparency, data safety, and human judgment, so AI supports team values rather than undermining them.

In this module, you’ll learn how to design an Agentic AI for real Scrum and project scenarios. You’ll define the agent’s goal, inputs, tools, workflow, and success metrics while deciding where humans stay involved. Through a short design sprint, you’ll create a practical agent concept, test its safety, and prepare it for real-world use.
