Agile professionals need competency to guide teams and organizations toward the vision of organizational agility. The Competent Agile™ series is a comprehensive program that offers coach-the-coach and coach-the-leader programs to develop competency through mentoring and coaching.
Our experienced mentors, provide personalized guidance based on real-time projects/products by either having the mentee’s product or our product. While our goal is not to provide certifications directly, participants can earn industry-recognized credentials like PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, and ICAgile Certified Professional by attending classes conducted by our mentors.
