Course Description

This two-day class is perfect for Product Owners and Scrum Masters looking to integrate design, research, and learning into their Scrum process. We'll show how to bring Lean UX and Scrum together so that teams can drive innovation and delivery in short iterative cycles, ultimately finding out what works best for their business and its users.

Attendees will apply techniques they learn throughout the class while working on a case study to be ready to implement this knowledge in the workplace. We'll look at the core design and research activities and figure out how these activities interact with development and delivery when using a dual-track agile process. In other words, learn how cross-functional teams can collaborate to explore, experiment, and provide value outcomes.

Certification Assessments

All participants completing the Professional Scrum with User Experience course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum with User Experience I (PSU I) certification assessment. PSU class participants who attempt the PSU I assessment within 14 days of the class and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

The PSU certification is offered by Scrum.org, a highly respected organization in the Agile community. While not mandatory for every role, it can be a valuable differentiator for those seeking to advance their careers in Scrum and user experience.

Yes. The certification and evaluation fees are included in the cost of this course, along with the costs of course materials and learning aids.

The PSU I exam is a multiple-choice, multiple-answer, and true/false format with 60 questions. You are given 60 minutes to complete the exam and need a score of 85% or higher to pass.

PSU class participants who attempt the PSU exam within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

The PSU I certification is valid for life, with no renewal fees required. However, staying updated on Scrum and UX best practices is recommended.

The payment can be made through different options by using a debit/credit card which includes MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express or PayPal. Acknowledgement will be issued automatically via email to the candidates once payment is done.
