LeSS, which stands for Large-Scale Scrum, is a framework designed to scale agile development across multiple teams. LeSS.works offers a comprehensive overview of LeSS, building upon the foundational principles of Scrum, such as empiricism and cross-functional self-managing teams.
In addition, this framework provides a structured approach to implementing Scrum at a larger scale, offering straightforward guidelines and rules for successful adoption in large product development settings.
The Certified LeSS Practitioner course delves deep into the LeSS principles, framework, rules, and guidance. It equips participants with vital knowledge to implement and enhance LeSS within their product development groups.
The course encompasses an overview of LeSS, real-world stories showcasing successful LeSS adoptions, hands-on exercises, and extensive opportunities for Q&A focused on the topics most relevant to the participants.
The Certified LeSS Practitioner Training Program is designed for individuals engaged in LeSS studies. It is recommended that participants possess a foundational understanding of Scrum, which can be achieved through attending a Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master training or through a thorough reading of a Scrum whitepaper such as the Scrum Primer, accompanied by practical experience in Scrum implementation.

Learn to perfect and imperfect the Definition of Done. Understand the role of organizational design in achieving the Done. Learn the strategies for handling Undone. Learn the relationship between shipping and DevOps.
Understand the Requirement Areas. Understand the roles & responsibilities of Area Product Owners. Learn the overall roles and responsibilities of the Product Owner. Understand Area Backlogs and LeSS Huge adoption.
Understand system thinking & causal-loop modeling in LeSS. Understand lean thinking in the context of LeSS. Understand queuing theory in the context of LeSS. Learn the role of managers in a LeSS organization. Understand the role of Scrum Masters at scale and the role of Product Owner in LeSS.

This is a three day course. Day one focuses on introducing LeSS, its guiding principles, and organizational impact. The second day focuses on product development management, the Definition of Done concept, Product Owner's responsibilities, and the roles of management within the LeSS framework. The final day addresses inter-team collaboration, implementation of LeSS, and the roles of the Scrum Master.
All participants will be Certified LeSS for Executives and get an account on less. Works. They can find information about LeSS, share course information, and contact other participants.
All participants get access to an electronic copy of all three Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Books.
