I was apprehensive of taking a course from a company based in India, as I knew the time difference would be major. It was well worth it. I passed my first time with a 91%. For my PSM-I certification, I took my 2-day weekend class under Preeth Pandalay. The way the online class was arranged with interactive rooms and 2-way communication helped to understand Scrum, sharing ideology, and clearing all the doubts with examples was very good. I took the PSM 1 course from Mr. Preeth. Pandalay. It was a 2-day training on the weekend and it started on a very good note. Preetha had innovative and entertaining ideas to keep all trainees involved in the session ( especially with break time.... we used to get disco music when the break was getting over) Also the explanations were very simple, any layman could understand the concepts. I recently concluded my PSM 1 training from Agilemania with Piyush being the instructor. I have had multiple trainings before but this one was very different - Good different. For many reasons : 1. Piyush’s content delivery was by far the best I have seen. This tells he has done this many times or to be short, is an expert at this. 2. Unique way to present. I won’t break the surprise but there were no slides or ppt's during the training. And yet, it was so engaging, I felt as active throughout as at the start. This also gave me inspiration to do something different when it comes to your presentation. 3. Different types of activities in breakout rooms. This gave me the opportunity to interact with fellow trainees like myself who were there to learn. You got to try out those. P.S. - there will be always a catch. 4. Full of real life examples. Piyush gave real life examples from his experience that helped me to understand the concepts better. 5. Lastly, there were optimum breaks in 2 days that helped me to remain focused throughout. When I was choosing the trainer for PSM 1 from Scrum.org, I read a lot of reviews for many trainers. I chose Agilemania after careful evaluation. I was right. Hope this honest review helps others in line.

Recently i had enrolled with Agilemania for getting my Professional Scrum master (PSM1) training and certification. I was trained by @Preeth Pandalay. He presented the topics needed in a very interesting and detailed way. The best part of his sessions were perfection in time management, Scenarios oriented and more of open discussion which kept the session live all time. I was able to corelate lot of scenarios which was shared in session appearing in the certification exam and that helped me achieve the better score .It was great experience. I just attended the PSM I training with Preeth Pandalay, and it was awesome! Even though I already have a CSM certification, this training was super valuable because it gave me a fresh perspective. Preeth did a great job explaining everything in detail and used a ton of real-life scenarios instead of just sticking to the book. It really made me think about how to apply the concepts practically, not just theoretically. What I really appreciated was that Preeth didn’t call people out during the session. Most trainings I’ve been to have participants take turns to answer questions or get randomly picked, which is honestly exhausting for an introvert like me—especially in a big group. It was such a relief to just focus on the content without feeling put on the spot. I took the exam 2 days after the training and passed on my first try! I’m not much of a reader, so going through the Scrum Guide and trying to relate it to real scenarios would’ve been tough. But Preeth’s explanations made it so much easier to understand and apply the concepts. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend Preeth’s training to anyone looking to take PSM! Thanks again, Preeth!

The belief systems we worked on were all pretend Agile and not Agile in the real sense, is what we figured by the end of the session. It was an amazingly formatted session with many examples to back the theory which made it more interesting and 2 days just went by in a jiffy while we learned the concepts thoroughly yet to be assessed but feel confident.

I thoroughly enjoyed the session. I’ve been struggling with Scrum concepts for quite some time now, but Preeth managed to explain them in a concrete way that makes them come alive. I attended the Professional Scrum Master I training conducted by Preeth, and it was an excellent experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains concepts with great clarity. I recently attended the 2-day Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I) training conducted by Agile Mania on December 20 and 21, 2026, and it was an extremely valuable and enriching experience. I enrolled for PSM 1 course and Preeth Pandalay was the trainer. He is very good trainer who is having lot of patience to answer our doubts. He has very good knowledge in the Agile & Waterfall methodologies, Scrum framework and their history.
