With over 20 years of industry experience in technology, Madhavi has always been highly enthusiastic about helping organizations and their teams change the way they work. She has experience across multiple domains, including HCM, e-commerce, gaming, healthcare, service platforms, security products, workflow automation, payroll systems, and emerging technologies such as neural networks.
She has extensive experience in a wide range of roles: developer, project manager, trainer, Scrum Master, and agile coach, shaping a balanced and insightful approach to her work. Madhavi has experience delivering large-scale programs using Agile and traditional methods. She has worked with many organizations across India, including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Chennai.
She actively applies her knowledge to drive transformation within organizations by utilizing Scrum, Kanban, change management models, and scaling methodologies such as SAFe and LeSS. She is also a Certified Team Coach reviewer for Scrum Alliance. This is one of her contributions to ensuring high professionalism within the Agile world.
Until now, Madhavi has trained more than 1,000 professionals in CSM, A-CSM, CSPO, Kanban, and SAFe. Apart from these trainings, she ensures giving back to the community through blogs, hands-on training sessions, and talks at meetups and events.
She is the author of "Retrospectives for Everyone," which won Best Agile Article in 2021. Madhavi's training sessions are famous for being practical, fun, and grounded in the team's experience.
With a strong technical background and end-to-end product development experience, She brings expertise across the full software development life cycle.
