To become an Enterprise Agile coach, these are few of the basic requirements:

  1. Should have a minimum of three years of experience as a Scrum team member or team coach.
  2. Should have previously owned any of the professional coaching credentials.
  3. Should have attended an ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching course (ICP – ACC).
  4. Should have experience of a minimum of three years and 2000 hours of coaching.
  5. Presentation of a journey of learning by means of education and mentorship. And also collaborative learning in coaching and other associated activities over a minimum of three years.
  6. At least three years of leadership and active engagement in the Agile community. While active engagement includes dynamic participation in agile user groups, retreats, camps, conferences, and gatherings; leadership incorporates writing, reviewing, publishing, facilitating, presenting, organising, training and mentoring, etc.
  7. Elementary awareness, understanding and implementing of the development tools, techniques, and frameworks in association with the organisation.
  8. Should have coached organisational change agents, leaders, etc in organisational change initiatives and multiple Agile transformation initiatives.

Enterprise Agile Coach

Often, Enterprise Agile Coaches have profound experience in Agile, change, organisational development, Enterprise Transformation and culture. They can work at all levels in an organisation.

What do they do?

  1. Generally, experience at least more than one Agile process.
