Certification Assessments

All participants completing the SAFe® 6.0 Practice Consultant (SPC) course will receive a password to participate in the certification assessment. The participant must attempt the SAFe® 6.0 Practice Consultant (SPC) Assessment within 120 minutes and score at least 80% to pass the exam and get certified.

Holding the Implementing SAFe® 6.0 with SPC Certification Training shows your proficiency in implementing lean thinking, SAFe® Framework, and Product development flow principles in an organizational context. SAFe Certification also increases your chances of career enrichment and an attractive salary.

The first exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $250.

Yes, This certification needs to be renewed every year.

Implementing SAFe® 6.0 with SPC Certification Training is valid for one year and includes membership in the SAFe Community Platform. After the first year, individuals may renew their certification at the process specified in the link below.

While there is no eligibility criterion for attending the Implementing SAFe® 6.0 with SPC Certification Training participants who wish to take the SPC Certification Training exam must have at least:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management
  • Experience in Scrum

The Implementing SAFe® 6.0 with SPC Certification exam is conducted online and consists of multiple-choice, single-select questions. The exam is timed for 120 minutes, and the timer is displayed once you start. The exam will be submitted when the timer ends. In order to pass the exam and get certified, you need to score at least 80%.

Download and print your Certification Certificate from the Manage Profile -> Professional Development -> Certifications/Programs tab (click on the paper icon to the left of the Certification Name). Please note that when printing the certificate there can be missing logos and signatures from the certificate. If you come across this issue please make sure that “Background Colors and Images” is selected in your printing options.
