Enterprise Agile Coaching Cohort Program is a mentoring program that helps you to deepen the understanding about the role of Enterprise Agile Coach. This was developed for Agile Coaches who are good at the Team Level Coaching and who wish to take their skills to the enterprise level.
Anyone with a strong background in change management and/or organizational design and a curiosity about agile approaches at the enterprise-level will benefit from this cohort program.
The program is designed based on our coaches’ experience and expectations from an agile coach. It will have 15 sessions, each for 2 hours, and you will get a participation certificate after completing ten sessions.
The Program equips agile coaching practitioners to work effectively at the enterprise-level. Learning Outcomes span a variety of areas key to Enterprise Coaching effectiveness including organizational design, enterprise agile frameworks, executive / leadership coaching, large group facilitation, and change management strategies. This mentoring session aims to effectively implement the learnings gained from the framework and coach training to accelerate the Organizational Enterprise Transformation.
The Mentoring Program will run for 15 weeks and will have 2 hours of the session every week. The session will start at 7 PM India time and will take place during weekdays. Below is a high-level objective for this program.

I am a firm believer in free education in academics and conduct multiple free workshops every month. I wanted to keep this open, but it is about the time and effort put by the involved parties to this program. You should be paying as little as INR 1500 or USD 25 per session. To receive a completion certificate, you require to attend a minimum of ten sessions.
