It was mostly limited to software and product development during the first decade. After the 2007-2009 financial crisis, organization leaders started exploring how to minimize risks by responding faster to changing customer priorities.
Below is a proposed learning path to start your career in the field of agile coaching.

- ICP-BAFGet to know foundation practices of building a resilient organization through team dynamics, adaptive planning, value-based development, & iterative feedback cycles.

Learning Cohort

Agile Facilitation
It is a program to kick-start your journey as an agile team facilitator, change agent, or scrum master. The agile facilitation track covers the agile mindset, various agile frameworks, and a facilitator’s role in the agile way of working. The cohort program will have eight learning sessions over four weekends, and the session will have 4 hours of learning in a group facilitated by two coaches. Coaches will provide assignments to complete during weekdays, including small projects, write-up, self-development initiatives, and assessments. Successful completion of the program will help to earn two certifications from ICAgile.

Agile Coaching
It is a highly recommended program for people paying the role of an agile coach, scrum master, or facilitator. It is also recommended for managers, leads, and senior managers to learn inquiry-based conversation. We will have a total of ten sessions over five weekends. Each session will have 4 hours of learning in a group facilitated by two coaches. Coaches will provide assignments to complete during weekdays, including small projects, write-up, self-development initiatives, and assessments. Successful completion of the program will help to earn two certifications from ICAgile.

Enterprise Coaching
Enterprise Coaching cohort equips agile coaching practitioners to work effectively at the enterprise-level. Learning Outcomes span various areas key to Enterprise Coaching effectiveness, including organizational design, agile enterprise frameworks, executive/leadership coaching, large group facilitation, and change management strategies. The cohort program will have a total of eight learning sessions over four weekends. Each session will have 4 hours of learning in a group facilitated by two coaches. Business Agility Coaching
Thriving agile organizations are learning organizations. They foster a culture of continuous and organization-wide learning to support their agile leaders and practitioners. There is no single framework, software, or magical process that will give an organization more agility. It takes a human-centred approach to business, together with flexible teams and networks, to pave the way for better workplaces that bring out the best in people, for people. In this cohort, coaches help learners to explore a human-centric approach towards business agility. The cohort program will have a total of eight learning sessions over four weekends.
