In this four-day course, you’ll practice how to coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs), create a DevOps culture to build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, and empower a Lean portfolio. Leading SAFe®, taught during the first two days, gives you the foundation to teach SAFe to leaders. The next two days focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in your organization. By becoming a change agent and a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (SPC), you’ll gain the knowledge and skills to implement a Lean-Agile SAFe transformation—and guide the enterprise toward success in disruptive, fast-moving markets.

Why should I go for the Implementing SAFe® 5.1 with SPC Certification Training?

Holding the Implementing SAFe® 5.1 with SPC Certification Training shows your proficiency in implementing lean thinking, SAFe® Framework, and Product development flow principles in an organizational context. SAFe Certification also increases your chances of career enrichment and an attractive salary.

First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $250.

Yes, This certification needs to be renewed every year.

Implementing SAFe® 5.1 with SPC Certification Training are valid for one year and include membership in the SAFe Community Platform. After the first year, individuals may renew their certification at the process specified in the link below.

While there is no eligibility criterion for attending the Implementing SAFe® 5.1 with SPC Certification Training participants who wish to take the SPC Certification Training exam must have at least:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management
  • Experience in Scrum

The Implementing SAFe® 5.1 with SPC Certification exam is an online test comprising Once the exam begins, candidates have 120 minutes (2 hours) to complete the exam.

Please note that when printing the certificate there can be missing logos and signatures from the certificate.
